My Approach

Every person carries a story — and every story deserves to be met with understanding, not judgment.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed practice, empathy, and inclusion. I take a regulation-first approach, supporting individuals to develop self-regulation strategies that empower them to engage fully and confidently. Whether working with young people at risk, individuals within the justice system, or those navigating complex challenges, my focus is always on creating the conditions where people can thrive.

I’m also passionate about empowering professionals working in high-impact and demanding roles. Through specialist training, reflective supervision, and workshops, I support practitioners, educators, and sector leaders to build confidence in trauma-informed and regulation-first practice, strengthen inclusive and person-centred approaches, and develop sustainable wellbeing and reflective skills to prevent burnout.

Supervision sessions offer a safe, supportive space for professionals to explore challenges, celebrate successes, and reconnect with their purpose — helping them sustain their practice and wellbeing over time.

In addition to individual and professional development, I provide organisational consultancy to help teams and services embed trauma-informed principles into their culture and everyday practice.

I quickly understand organisational needs and identify opportunities for growth, helping teams expand best practice, enhance efficiency, and align their work with shared values.

At the heart of my consultancy is a simple belief: service users should always be at the centre of organisational practice. I support organisations to design systems and structures that prioritise safety, wellbeing, and inclusion — ensuring that both staff and the people they support can flourish.

I believe in collaboration, second chances, and the power of creativity to inspire change. My approach celebrates strengths, honours individuality, and removes barriers to engagement — whether working with young people at risk, those within the justice system, or professionals supporting them.

Because everyone — no matter their background or circumstance — deserves the opportunity to grow, heal, and thrive. And I’m here to help make that happen.
