About Me

Youth and Criminal Justice Specialist
I am a dedicated Youth and Criminal Justice Specialist with 15 years of experience across probation services, HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS), youth offender institutions, secure units, schools, and community settings. Since beginning my journey in 2011 with Oasis Community Learning in Enfield, I have supported vulnerable young people and those at risk of criminal involvement. I later studied Drama, Applied Theatre, and Education at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, specialising in prison theatre and graduating with First-Class Honours. Since then, I have led impactful projects within the charity sector, empowering young people and individuals affected by the criminal justice system to reach their full potential.
Trauma informed and Inclusion specialist
With expertise in trauma-informed practice, behaviour management, and inclusive support, I design and deliver tailored programmes focused on social-emotional development, employability, wellbeing, and the creative arts. As a Mental Health First Aider, I use a compassionate, regulation-first approach to help individuals build resilience and self-regulation skills.
I have extensive experience supporting young people and adults with SEND, complex mental health needs, neurodiversity, and those facing trauma, homelessness, or complex disadvantage. Through drama, mentoring, and coaching, I create engaging experiences that empower individuals, remove barriers to engagement, and promote lasting positive change.
My work is grounded in expertise, empathy, and a strong belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to grow, succeed, and thrive.
