About Me
I am a dedicated Youth and Criminal Justice Specialist with 15 years of experience working across probation services, HMPPS, youth offender institutions (YOIs), secure units, alternative provisions, schools, and community settings. My passion lies in empowering individuals to unlock their full potential, regardless of their background or circumstances.
My journey in this field began in 2011 with Oasis Community Learning in Enfield, where I worked across two communities, supporting children and young people aged 0-25, including those at risk of criminal engagement. This experience deepened my commitment to working with vulnerable groups, leading me to study Drama, Applied Theatre, and Education at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, where I specialised in prison theatre and graduated with First-Class Honours. Since graduating, I have worked across the charity sector, leading projects for young people, those at risk, and individuals affected by the criminal justice system.

With expertise in Trauma-informed practice, behaviour management, and supporting diverse inclusion needs, I design and deliver tailored interventions and programmes that focus on social-emotional literacy, employability skills, wellbeing, and creative arts.
As a Mental Health First Aider, I bring a compassionate and informed approach to my work, ensuring that individuals receive the right support to navigate challenges and build resilience. Through drama, art, music, mentoring, and coaching, I create engaging and transformative experiences that inspire positive change.
I have in-depth experience working with SEND young people and adults including; PMLD, complex mental health needs and neurodiversity. Across all my work i use a regulation first approach to support young people to develop self regulation strategies to empower individuals and not allow their needs to be a barrier to engagement. This is also the case in my work with those who are trauma experienced, whether that be ESOL, Homeless or Complex disadvantage.
Whether working with young people at risk, individuals within the justice system, or those in need of additional support, my approach is built on expertise, empathy, and a belief in second chances. Everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive—and I am here to help make that a reality.
